We are delighted to be able to show visiting sculptor Carol Orwin’s beautiful Dexter Cow in our Spring exhibition.
Carol’s beautiful and carefully observed animal sculptures are modelled in a direct and vibrant way, interpreting the mood and movements of her subjects and portraying their musculature with anatomical accuracy. Her mastery of the casting process enables her to retain complete control over the finished sculptures. Carol studied under Sir Anthony Caro and Phillip King and has passed on her skills through teaching for many years.
